      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you in Georgia?&amp;nbsp; That is the ONLY state in which there is such a credit.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Even if you are in GA, you have to wait until your original return has been fully processed in order to amend.&amp;nbsp; You cannot amend at this time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/67938"&gt;@xmasbaby0&lt;/a&gt; mentioned, on your GA state tax forms you can claim an exemption for $3000 from taxable income for an unborn child with a detectable heartbeat after 20 July 2022, who was not actually born in 2022. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your original return has been processed (refund deposited) then you can amend your GA return to include the exemption.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
