Hi. I received my "green card" a few months ago. Before that I was working on a different visa status. Does turbotax able to take this into account?

The part of year I wasn't a permanent resident, I was, of course, a legal worker but didn't have to pay FICA taxes. Last year, I had to use a different service because I wasn't a permanent resident which turbotax doesn't support, but now I am. The question is, will turbotax handle the fact that at some part of the year I didn't have to pay those taxes. I'm an employee and always was (at the same place).

When your file your personal federal tax return form 1040 you are filing to pay your federal income tax, not your FICA tax. So, you should not have a problem using TurboTax to file as a resident, even if you didn't pay social security tax on all of your income during the year.
