Why is tax or refund due tracker screen not seen this year?

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

2) make sure you are actually inside your tax file.......won't show up when you first log in.

3) Click on a different selection in the side bar..like on the State startup...then return to where you are now.

3) Look for a carat ">" at the top left side of the screen to click on

Hope you do not see a racetrack at the top of the screen.
