How can I add a dependent on my 2019 taxes (amend them) without the TurboTax desktop version?

I downloaded the desktop version just like they tell you to under the amend my taxes section. but it wants to perform an update and the update keeps getting cancelled. Is there anyway to do it differently?

Options to amend :

1) Get the forms/instructions from the IRS and manually fill them in

2) Find a local tax pro and pay them to fill in the forms

3) call TT support for assistance getting the downloaded program you have to work
