My boyfriend and I have never received any of our Arkansas state income tax refunds due to us since 2016. We mail them off every year and nothing. What do we do?

We live in Texas but work in Arkansas and qualify for the border city exemption. Arkansas doesn’t let us file electronically so I have no way to track anything.

Why are you having AK taxes withheld at all ? If you did not you would have no reason to file a return for the refund at all. Talk to your employers about the withholding situation.
