Cannot Download State from withing TTAX Business

I am not able to download the State forms from withing TTAX Business. Once I get to "Let's Complete Your Purchase Online" I find that all of the buttons are unresponsive. I have had similar issues like blank pages etc. the last 2 years when trying to download state. But reducing the screen resolution always worked. Not this time.

When is TurboTax going to fix these ridiculous issues? This has been going on for years and I am ready to just enter the forms manually and Intuit is going to lose their $50.

Sure, I can contact support and spend hours waiting on the phone as others have noted in other posts. My point is these basic installation issues should not be occurring each year. Many people have posted regarding download and installation issues for multiple tax years. In addition, I just installed Premier and I have the exact same problem as Business. In Premier I eventually got State to download by randomly clicking my mouse all over the page. However, no such luck with Business. I have also tried about 10 different screen resolutions, including 800X600 and no luck. I also ran TTAX in windowed and full-screen mode since this was an installation that other user (including myself) had a few years ago. Inuit programmers need to do a better job on their QA during their software development phase. From what I can see from the posts, there hve been many frustrated users over the years.

Thank you for your response but I am doubtful this is the issue. I successfully installed Business even though the Business table you provided says most forms are not yet available. I believe this means the final forms are not available. TTAX itself flags the installed forms as not final and it fails the review. I get it, this is expected. However, if you read my post above you will see that the button to download state is unresponsive. The links on the page are also unresponsive. I think this is clearly an error in the TTAX program. I understand if the files are not available, but I should be able to click on the button or link and have the program tell me State cannot be downloaded at this time. A dead page in TTAX which does not respond to mouse clicks is not reasonable. Also note that randomly clicking on the same page in Premier miraculously allowed me to download state. I think this is yet another installation bug from TTAX.
