as of now, you can't do anything. while Turbotax has allowed submission it hasn't been sent to the IRS because it won't open e-filing until 1/24/2023 (latest from IRS and this could change). hopefully, when Turbotax electronically sends the return to the IRS it will be rejected. look for a rejection (or unlikely acceptance) e-mail. with a rejection, you can fix the W-2 and resubmit.

You can't get it back or fix it. You have to wait to see if it's Accepted or Rejected when the IRS opens and starts taking returns in late January. Until then it will just sit on Turbo Tax servers until the IRS starts pulling them.

If it rejects for something then you can fix it and resend it. If it is Accepted then you have to wait for it to fully process and you get the first refund. Which might be a long time. Then you can Amend it. So DO NOT change anything until you know if it is Rejected or Accepted.

That's why we tell people not to file early. And you might get another W2 or 1099 you weren't expecting. They have until Jan 31 to send you any forms.
