Sbtpg stole my refund

So turbo tax had there bank sbtpg take my entire refund so they can deduct there fees my refund was sent august 24th so sbtpg sent me 2 cashiers checks that I never received so they told me they will send my refund back to the the irs now since the time sbtpg had received my refund I was able to go on there website put my info to see the fee deducted and my remaining balance so on October 21 they told they sent my refund back to the irs and it will take 10 to 12 weeks for the irs to receive the money back which didn’t make since because no wire transfer takes that long so it’s now the 10th week and I went to call sbtpg because irs hasn’t still received my refund and when I called I put my social in and it said invalid so I went to the website like I always do put my social in the amount and filing status to view the info of my account with sbtpg like I been doing but now my account is no longer there they deleted my tpg refund transfer details account now it’s as if they never have my money I can’t get through on the phone because my social is not registering so I can’t even talk to support this is not cool playing with people money turbo tax took there money made sure they received there fees and stole my whole refund because the irs do not have it else they would have mailed me a check

You are going to have to deal with support for this issue (I understand that you have already done so).

There is very little any of us on this board can do with respect to this scenario.
