The TurboTax online edition can only be used for one tax return per account. If you completed a second tax return after the first tax return using the same online account then the second return overwrote the first tax return so the first tax return is gone.

I can access my return easily. It is in my saved documents. When I click on it, it comes up in a pdf just fine.

So are you telling me I can't use turbotax to do my return this year?

Sure you can use TurboTax online for your 2022 tax return. You just cannot transfer the 2021 tax data to the 2022 tax return because it is not your 2021 tax data.

You can try transferring your 2021 PDF of the return to the 2022 online edition.

not much of an assist, you should be able to type in your personal info yourself in seconds.

From a .tax file—which will transfer all of your info in a few short steps.

this is what you want, but it is not available out of a PDF file.
