This solution was a little more convoluted. I got there, and here is the path: I had to answer the basic TurboTax questions for TY 2022 before I could even see the left nav and tax home. I then clicked on Documents --> Download Tax PDF --> Something Else (from a pop-up menu) --> Download Extension.
