I filedto with turbo tax and chose a payment plan for my taxes owed. But today they took $755 from my state owed all at once and I have nothing now. What can I do? I wanted to do the payment plan for both the federal and state and that's what I thought I did!!!!!

The IRS allows a payment plan, but the state plans all vary by state. It sounds like your federal amount due was set up on a plan, but the state is something you would've had to set up separately.
