      <description>&lt;P&gt;Income has to be reported on the tax return for the tax year in which you received the income.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You are not allowed to stick 2021 income onto a 2022 tax return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you did not file a 2021 return you can do so by using the CD/download for 2021.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Prepare a 2021 return and mail it in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you already filed your 2021 return, but just left out the 2021 W-2G, then you need to amend that 2021 return after it has been fully processed in order to add the 2021 W-2G income.&lt;/P&gt;
