My friend filed my taxes for 2021. Now that my taxes are filed he tells me it is the wrong year and it will be the wrong amount , of course it be the wrong amount. So what can I do to resolve this horrible position that I’m in

Use Form 1040-X to add or correct information on an already filed tax return.

Form 1040-X shows the differences between what you originally submitted and should have submitted.

@fanfare - before you do anything, can you provide more information - your comments are too vague. what is mean by 'the wrong year'?
