I assume what you mean by the "questionnaire" is the questions and answers in the TurboTax interview. Yes, it is possible to go back through it after you file your tax return. BUT, the tag below your question indicates that you are using TurboTax Online. Once TurboTax Online shuts down at the end of the extended filing season in October, it is no longer possible to go back to the interview for that year in TurboTax Online. When TurboTax Online comes back up in December, it will only be for the new tax year. So it is now no longer possible to see the 2021 interview in TurboTax Online.

If it's very important to you to view the interview, you could buy a copy of the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2021, download the .tax2021 tax return data file from TurboTax Online, and open the file in the CD/Download software. In order to open the file, you would have to also download the state software for any state returns that are included in the file. To get a reasonably close representation of the questions that you saw when you did your tax return online, you would have to buy the same version of the CD/Download software as you used online, such as Premier.

Another option ... is to use the amendment program to review the interview screens ... just don't mail in any amendment/changes.
