Do I need to have a paid account in order to print last years return?

I am just trying to print last years return. It is asking me to pay $30 to securely store. I have a free account. Is it required to print last years? I am not able to bring it up even though it displays.

You don't need to secure it simply download the PDF and use any PDF reader to print the return. Do not upgrade to the plus version.

That is the frustration. I can see the drop down box and the year i need but it is not letting me pull the return up to print.

Can you not save the PDF file to your computer? Did you finish the return all the way thru the FILE tab?

Yes, you need to pay $29.99 for Plus. TurboTax is free up until the last day of filing for a year. After that there is a charge for storing your data. In the future do all downloads before the filing season ends.

NOT TRUE ... access to the PDF files are free and you get them from the landing page at the bottom. Right now the 2021 PDF files are for the return as filed only. Once the files are all archived and the 2022 online program is operational sometime in early December then the PDF you can download will have all the worksheets included.
