My Information is already connection to a different credit karma account and the site won't let me make a new one and I desperately need the return

Once the tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS the direct deposit information cannot be changed.

If the deposit information is incorrect then the bank will reject the direct deposit and return the refund to the IRS. The IRS will then mail a refund check to the address on the tax return.

TurboTax cannot help you retrieve a return you prepared using credit karma software. Sorry. If you know the amount of your refund from line 35a of your Form 1040 you can track your refund on the IRS site.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If the problem is that your card or bank account closed after you filed, you cannot change how you want to receive your refund after you file the tax return. If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account it will be sent back to the IRS. Then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.
