My amended return hasn't been processed yet and they received it February 25,2022..now student loan forgiveness is suspended..can my refund still be garnished

Maybe ... only the IRS can tell you and FYI amended returns are taking 10 months on average to process so you may not get your answer for a while yet. Check the IRS here once a week : https://www.irs.gov/filing/wheres-my-amended-return
