Is your refund high enough to pay your fees including the EXTRA refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) without counting the child tax credit on line 28 or the recovery rebate credit on line 30?

Why can't I deduct my TurboTax fees from my refund?

In addition to the restrictions mentioned in the FAQ they will not allow the service if your refund is composed of refundable credits on lines 28 & 30 of the form 1040. These are bank restrictions not those of the IRS or TT.
