Where can I obtain the Civista Bank processing fee invoice?

TurboTax invoice only displays the processing fees from TurboTax service. Can I obtain the invoice of Civista Bank processing fee as well? The Santa Barbara Tax Products Group LLC and Civista Refund Processing Service Agreement tax document page, displays 0.00 under summary of terms. The TurboTax website displays the full amount deducted after all fee, under payment history, but when I click into the invoice, only displays TurboTax fees, which do not equal the full amount deducted.

If you filed early there was no processing fee and that is reflected on the bank agreement screen shot ... the difference between the $177 & the $185.28 = 5% state sales taxes.
