topic Amendment in After you file

I filed and received a refund. After I filed I received a corrected 1099 from my brokerage and again received another refund. I then received a second corrected 1099 from my brokerage reclassifying dividends. When I completed the second 1040x the numbers did not change. There was no further tax liability and no further refunds. Do I need to file the second 1040x?

If there is no change in your tax liability you don’t have to amend your return.
