I was expecting a $205 refund but after IRS reviewed there was a turbo tax error and I ended up paying. Does Turbo tax refund me any of the almost $400 I paid?

Turbo Tax guarentee will pay the INTEREST and PENALTIES (But not the increased tax itself) if their software had a calculation error.

if the error was caused by a number you entered, that is not a caculation error, but a 'user error' and the TT guarentee won't kick in.

What did the IRS state was the reason for the error?
