ive beeen waiting over 3 months now for my tax returns, you guys tell me to check my status but irs wont tell me my refund from anything behind this date(4/28/22) and so i do not kno where my taxes nor do i think i will receive them. i am honeslty fustrated because i do not know what to do and i been waiting for months.

www.irs.gov does not help me at all.

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this. The IRS is severely backlogged and still working on paper returns filed in 2020. They are short staffed and can barely answer the phone. What should take a few weeks is now a 4-6 month wait especially for mailed in returns.

unfortunately you just have to wait it out.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
