It says I have a past due amount but when I click the link it’s says I already paid. Can you please help me with this?

What is "it" that says you have a past-due amount? We can't see your screen. What is the amount for: federal tax? state tax? TurboTax fees? something else?

Have you got your refund yet?

Are the fees supposed to come out of your refund? If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund you still have to pay the fees in time.

See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.

Today is 4/29 so there was a cutoff date of 4/25 to make the payment prior to the debit and if you didn't pay it by then the auto debit has locked you out ... check your bank to see if there is already a debit waiting to process.

What if my federal refund isn't enough to cover my TurboTax fees?

To use the pay-with-your-refund option (aka Refund Processing), your IRS refund amount must be sufficient to cover your prep fees, fees for any additional products and services, and applicable sales tax.

When you get ready to file, we won't offer pay-with-your-refund if your IRS refund isn't enough to cover your total bill. In that case, you'll need to pay with a credit, debit, or pre-paid card.

What happens if the IRS reduces my refund to the point where it no longer covers my TurboTax fees?

If you get hit with a refund offset, what's left over might not be enough to cover your fees. Here's what happens next:

We'll send an email with instructions on how to pay your TurboTax fees (minus the Refund Processing fee, if any) by a certain date.
If the fees remain unpaid by the specified date, we'll send two more followup emails asking that you either pay or request a deferment to prevent the fees from being automatically debited from your bank account.
Finally, if you still haven't paid by the requested date, we’ll send a final email letting you know that we're debiting the fees (minus the Refund Processing fee, if any) and that the auto-debit process cannot be stopped.

The same sequence of events occurs if the IRS is still holding your refund 36 days after your original estimated refund date, except that we'll also debit the Refund Processing fee (if any) in Step 3.
