What do you mean by "i mailed them both together"? Did you mail your federal and state tax returns in the same envelope? If so, and since you got your state refund, the IRS did not get your federal tax return.

I filed my taxes on 02/21/22 by mail. It has been 2 months since filing. I received my state refund but not the federal. Should i just assume that they got them since i mailed them both together.

I mailed them in separate envelopes of course. The IRS address is totally different from the state. When I say I mailed them together I mailed them at the same time.
