      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So evidently there are exactly zero ways to contact a human at TurboTax. Red Flag #1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My return was declined because 6-digit pin not entered.&amp;nbsp; Was not asked for 6-digit pin, but was asked to create some new 5-digit pin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did hunt down the 6-digit pin and entered that and refiled.&amp;nbsp; The return was again declined.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I called the IRS number involving pins and the recording said it can take up to 180 days to process a new pin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would really like a human to help me sort thru this and make sure I have to wait 180 [likely more] days for my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since there is no way to get a human, I want to make sure my TurboTax account is canceled with no money due, and I will find a human locally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise how to make sure the order is canceled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. sorry for all the "emotional incontinence" directed at your POS worthless AI phone tree.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can't e-File without it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IP PIN and the self-select PIN are two different things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;don't enter a five-digit PIN for authentication if you don't have one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your 2020 return was delayed, entering AGI = zero may get your e-File to go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you used the online program and the return was rejected for an incorrect IP PIN number (you must use the new one issued in January 2022 &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; not the one you had for the 2020 return)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;then you can print, ink sign and mail in the return.&amp;nbsp; There is no refunds of the ONLINE fees once you paid them.&amp;nbsp; If you want to try filing a different way you can simply walk away from the TT program since the return was rejected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since fees coming from my federal return, how does TurboTax get paid?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I just have pin from last year, and did not receive anything else.&amp;nbsp; Is there some way to do something to replace it with IRS that does not take 180 days [yes, their message says it can take 180 days to replace your pin].&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: I did [finally] find a way to get PIN resent w/o waiting months for IRS to reset it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks to everyone here attempting to do Turbo Tax's customer service job.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Still have not received refund, though return accepted and Turbo Tax said refund coming soon [month ago] still cannot get help from Turbo Tax.&amp;nbsp; Have posted another query on this new issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
