I filed an amendment for this year’s taxes because I forgot to add a W-2 I already received my original taxes and I was supposed to receive my amendment on the 19th of last month have not received it check the IRS tracking it

Your original return and your amended return are processed separately.

From the IRS:

It’s taking us more than 20 weeks (instead of up to 16 weeks) to process amended returns. Do not file a second tax return or call the IRS.

You can check the status of your amended return on the IRS website, Where's My Refund. It can take 3 to 6 weeks for any information to show on the IRS website.

If you used TurboTax Live Full Service, you can contact them to do your amendment for you. just log into your return and send them a message from your Home page.

If you used a self service product, you will need to do your amendment yourself, but you can probably get in program help. Just click on the help icon in the upper right corner.
