Incorrect Refund

I have received an incorrect Federal tax refund. I entered 4 estimated tax payments in TT. I was not credited for the 01/05/22 payment, shorting me $1500 (as indicated on the IRS tax transcript). I have verified the payment with EFTPS and my bank. So far, calling the IRS doesn't accomplish anything. How do I resolve this?

what is indicated on your Form 1040 Line 26 ?

That's what counts. But IRS would correct this number if you (or TurboTax) filed incorrectly.

Your refund may have been adjusted for some other reason.
