Refund shorted

My refund was suppose to be $1,967. Instead I was given $349. I have contacted the IRS I have no fees that would’ve been taken out other then the turbo tax fee which was $117. Tpg does not get back to you and the website doesn’t do anything. I’m pregnant and this is messing with things. I’ve used TurboTax before and never have I had this problem but never will I use TurboTax again. That is $1300 that was stolen.

I have the same problem. I was suppose to get back 3202 in federal and only got like $700. I’m missing a whole 2,485.8. Always used TurboTax and never had this problem.
