We received a refund in our bank account from TPG Products for $903. The IRS.gov website said the deposit was for $1050. Where is the additional $147??

TurboTax online account fees plus the $39 TPG service charge and if applicable sales taxes.

I never authorized a payment to TPG. I have used TurboTax online for years and have never had additional fees taken from my refund. Please refund the $39 that were NOT authorized. Since my company recommends using TurboTax, I will be notifying them of the discrepancies with your fees.

When you selected the option for paying the TurboTax account fees from the federal tax refund the $39 service charge for that option was shown on the payment selection page.

The authorization documents which you signed electronically are included in your tax return if you use Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

And this will be the last year I use your service. Too many fees. You have lost my business along with many others.
