Lower than expected refund

My refund was 2100.00 dollars less than what Turbo tax told me it would be. I ended up with just 31.80 after Turbo Tax took out their fee. I would like to understand where the discrepancy in my return was.....and if it was my fault, or yours.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
