Still missing 2,054 dollars in refund

There must be some disconnect with funds this year. This is my first issue with Turbotax and its a big one. Not only did it take longer this year than previous years, but Iv been shorted on my refund by 2,054 bucks. I filed at the end of January and had the funds for turbo tax pulled from my return. I also opted for direct deposit. I only have myself to file for so the math doesn't add up. Iv seen a lot of complaints on the same thing but only basic/automated responses. No one has contacted me and I have not been able to get in contact with any person since the day I filed my taxes. Has anyone found a way to get this fixed yet? Or have a contact that can actually help?

I was told I would be contacted and that the information would be updated if there was a discrepancy. Iv received neither. And I don't believe any of those situations listed apply to me.
