Can't e-file Amended Return

Using TurboTax Business Edition, 1120S S Corp Federal Return.

When I go to amend the return and follow the prompts (save as a new file, make the adjustments), seems to work fine but then why trying to e-file the amended return, it says "You have no returns eligible for e-filing. The following return has been transmitted."

It seems like it isn't recognizing the return needs to be refiled as '"amended". I also verified the the 1120-S form itself has the box checked for "Amended Return".

Any suggestions on what we could try?

TurboTax Business does not support e-filing an amended S-Corp return. You will need to print the amended return and mail it to file.

Turbo Business also does not seem to allow an amended 1041 to efile.

Yeah seems a bit strange, an S Corporation return is pretty standard, but I guess when you screw up you get screwed, sort of a connect the dots situation.

I did not even screw up. I got a corrected 1099 2 days after I e-filed and the changes significantly changed the tax situation.
