If you did the Refund Transfer to have your TurboTax fees taken out of your refund, "bank print check" means that your bank did not accept the direct deposit of your refund so Santa Barbara Tax Products Group is mailing you the check instead.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com.

You can check your refund status at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

It sounds like you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This is handled through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG). Once your fees are deducted, SBTPG will direct deposit the remaining funds into your account. If your bank does not accept the deposit, SBTPG will issue you a check instead. Print check means a refund check was printed for you.

It can take 4-6 weeks to receive your check via mail. This is after the IRS accepts and approves your return. If your original check was returned to the IRS for some reason, it will take longer for the second check to be issued because they have to ensure the first check was not cashed.

If my bank rejects my check after Santa Barbra took their fees out do they send the check directly to me or back to the irs? How long does it take

If your financial institution rejects your refund, the money is sent back to the IRS for them to issue a paper check. It is difficult to say how long it will take for the IRS to receive the funds back and forward a refund check to you.

Are you referring to receiving your direct deposit from Santa Barbara Tax Products Group or receiving a paper check from the IRS? If the IRS is sending you a paper check, you will need to contact them regarding timeframe - contact information can be found here @Niejahunt.

These tax folks are dumb don't receive the right answer to your question and sbtpg claiming system error and now I'm waiting with no information these assholes are working from home telling you anything to get you off the phone.

Bank print check is a check from SBTG I just now got of the phone with someone and they are telling me they only mail checks once a month so frustrating
