    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4850718"&gt;@tomr70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;had a very helpful response. I spent about 10 hours on this and spent probably 5 of those hours on the phone with TurboTax. I don't have a perfect solution, but here is what I did and some insights in case it's helpful. As an aside, TT is horrible software with very poor customer support, so this is definitely my last year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some insights:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. This is 100% tied to crypto transactions, and the "unable to print" error is tied to the "server error" when submitting the e-file. The CS agents insist that you restart your computer, clear your cache, and that they have never, ever heard of this problem before. I swear, by the fourth person telling me to delete my cookies I was ready to lose it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Removing all the crypto transactions from the return allows you to print the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. However, unlike for&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4850718"&gt;@tomr70&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;the CoinTracker solution did not work for me. For me, adding *any* crypto transaction threw the system into the cannot print/cannot submit loop. The one CS person I had who was super helpful and stayed on with me for several hours told me it was because the CoinTracker spreadsheet had the 4,000 transaction "embedded" inside the CSV file, so even though it looks like 29 lines it still contains all the data. I do not think that is the case but she was quite sure about that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. However, after deleting all crypto transactions (and thus being able to print and pass review) I was told to manually enter the 29 lines from the CSV file. This did not work either. In fact, entering a single transaction (i.e. "Bought $10 btc on 1/1/2021 sold for $20 on 1/2/2021" triggered the error again and would not allow print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5. Suspecting there was some remnant from my API integration before I switched to the CoinTracker method, I decided to just start over. However, and extremely frustratingly, TurboTax doesn't allow you to start over. Literally, when you try to delete and start over, a dialogue box pops us saying, "You cannot start over. You cannot delete. We own your soul forever." (Ok, not the last part, but basically)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6. So, I could not start over, I could not print, and I could not submit. Pretty awesome!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;7. Eventually, they gave me the desktop system. I was able to print from that, and view the forms directly. I printed the state and federal and drove to the post office and mailed them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the end, this issue cost me about 10 hours and $50. And a lot of sanity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I always view my return before e-filing but have been getting an error for the past 6 days: "&lt;STRONG&gt;We're Having Trouble Printing Your Return&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Sorry for the inconvenience, but TurboTax is experiencing a temporary problem printing returns. We're working on the problem and expect to have it fixed shortly. Please try again in a few moments." I'm not actually trying to print but just want to view the actual return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I called TT support last Friday and they said this is a known issue that they are working on. Then I called again a few days later and they didn't know about any system issue and weren't able to help me get this resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I have tried in 3 different browsers, on two totally different computers. I have tried to save from the Print Center as well as the part of the flow that prompts the user to view the return right before e-filing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Does anyone know if this is a known issue that I need to wait on, or if there is anything I can do to resolve this? I find it strange that I can't find similar complaints in this forum or on reddit if it is a system-wide issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've reported this to TurboTax Moderators and have been advised that this IS an issue under investigation.&amp;nbsp; I'll let you know when the issue has been resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you've already made payment of your TurboTax fees.&amp;nbsp; Of course, that is required before you are allowed to view or print your return.&amp;nbsp; Just in case, I'm linking below a TurboTax&amp;nbsp; FAQ that explains how to make payment before filing so that you can preview your return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As I said in an earlier post, one user reported that they've been able to e-file.&amp;nbsp; You may want to try clearing your cache and deleting cookies (of course after first signing out of your TT account), and trying to e-file again.&amp;nbsp; Maybe even try a different browser.&amp;nbsp; Here are instructions for clearing the cache:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kat, I've tried that a month ago. Like the other users in this thread have described, using multiple devices, browsers etc. Over 2 weeks ago I heard that there was a known issue and that the fix was only a couple of days away. It's now been 10 days.... and nothing. It's not ONLY the E-FILE that doesn't work but if I wanted to mail the forms, I CAN'T print them! That's where I think the hang up is.... BTW I have about 5,000 transactions for my investments..... I originally thought that it was the cause of my issue. But, then I deleted one financial exchange that had 2700 transactions and just did one purchase/sale (would have to mail 8949 form separately) and that still didn't work. I've talked to CPA's &amp;amp; Customer service and just get the run around.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
