Missing almost $3,000 from my refund

I have used TurboTax for 6 years, usually with no issues. This year I HAD to pay to file with no other choices so I had the $117 taken out of my refund. I was supposed to get back over $4000. I triple checked my return before I sent it and everything was perfect. Just to get a little less than 1,600 back with no explanation. No matter what number I call I get no answers. No responses. Nothing. This is number I desperately need to help pay bills. Someone please help me get my money back.

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.

I only received one stimulus payment which I had to get on my 2020 taxes. I never received anything else.

Anyone have any ideas on how to receive the missing money? People all over tiktok and other social media platforms are saying the same thing. Some have ended up receiving their money back. I really need this money and have tried all numbers. Only received ONE stimulus payment and I am eligible for them all. I really need help and it seems like no one knows what is going on.

I still haven’t received any type of call from anyone, no reach outs no messages nothing. I really need help with this.
