Cannot file Amended IT-40

I am using TurboTax Premier Desktop and need to file an amended return for my recently filed 2021 taxes for both Federal and Indiana. When I try to complete my amended return, I get the following Error response when TurboTax reviews my amended return:

"Form IT-40: _ The Indiana tax return can't be amended at this time. Do not file the amended return until calculations are finalized in the upcoming release of ProSeries/Indiana."

This form at all on the list of available forms that one of the experts attached to a previous response to this question in the community (which I cannot locate now).

I called support last week and they were clueless. Spent 26 minutes on the first call, the agent put me on hold and then dropped my call. On the next attempt, I spent 31 minutes, the agent sent me an email with a worthless link as he obviously did not understand my question. Then got a survey from the SalesForce software they must be using in their contact center. The email informed me that my TurboTax case was closed even though the agent assured me I would get a call back and that the case would remain open until I received an answer to my question which, I thought, was relatively simple.

So, my question is--WHEN will I be able to file my amended return and why am I getting an error related to ProSeries when I am not using that product?

It is possible the forms needed for your state are not available.

For up-to-date status, refer your customer to the federal and state forms-availability articles.

If the form becomes available sooner than currently published on that Help Article, the article will be updated to provide the new availability date.
