Federal Refund

The IRS site says my refund was deposited days ago, TurboTax sent an email last week one day after my deposit date and said that my refund would arrive in 1-2 business days, it has been a little over a week and my bank says there are no upcoming deposits. Where is my refund?

This takes me to links that I have already used, it all says refund sent and gives a date but I still not have received and neither has my bank

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Did you choose to have your TT fees paid from your refund? If so, Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the third party bank that handles the Refund Processing Service. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Yes, my TT fees would be deducted from my refund. TurboTax informed me through email that my refund was deposited, the money would be taken and then I’d get my money within 1-2 business and it has been over a week.

Please follow the steps mentioned above by @SweetieJean since you paid your fees with your refund. SBTPG is the third party refund processor and will be able to let you know when your refund is disbursed.

Thank you, I called and it says they sent my refund today “via bank print check” does this mean I’ll still get my direct deposit?

No. That means they are mailing you a cashier's check and you will not get a direct deposit to your bank account.

So back again a week later, no check in the mail. It usually would take 1-3 business days to mail a cashiers check. I called the 14th it says it was sent the 14th, I called the 19th and it says it was mailed the 19th. Really frustrated I filed on 2/03 it is now 3/20 and there was a charge from turbo tax and TPG bank so I’m getting less than what I thought.
