    <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not have to wait for your 2020 return to be processed.&amp;nbsp; If your 2020 AGI is not in the system you can just try using zero as the AGI so that you can e-file 2021.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If zero will not work then you can print, sign and mail your 2021 return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't e-file my 2021 return due to my 2020 return not being on file.&amp;nbsp; I sent it by male in February of 2021and have received no word from the IRS.&amp;nbsp; I have been given the "covid wait" excuse and it has been over a year now. My 2021 return was rejected due to "incorrect AGI" and "AGI not found on record could not prove your identity".&amp;nbsp; I am owed over $6,000 now and am unable to receive it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
