    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for the past several days to pay for my tax program with a valid credit card and the following message keeps popping up:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information. Please select "contact us" from the help panel to speak with an expert to assist you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've called and talked with the automated response line and a human "expert" to no avail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is anyone else having this problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried again this am after receiving an email from turbo tax saying my problem was "resolved".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOPE, same thing happened. Reached out using the contact me help link and have been on the phone for 45 minutes + with 2 different folks! Waiting for a third person now listening to elevator music! WTH.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although you have mentioned receiving this error for multiple days, please review&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/bugs-and-error-messages/help/error-your-payment-information-cannot-be-authorized-please-double-check-the-information-provided-and/00/26337" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;FAQ. This type of issue does require you to contact our support agents via phone which you are doing. Sorry for the hold time and frustration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
