I’ve filed with turbo for years I never had a problem! I’m not sure why this year it is so frustrating to say the least. I called IRS I do not have outstanding debts it could have been applied to, I don’t know why half my tax refund is missing.

We are in the same boat. No help from

turbo tax , no offsets on my end no tax debt never had one filed with them for 7 years and now this happened took $6k from me. Next step is BBB and retain a lawyer bc they can’t just take our money. Somebody needs to figure out who made a mistake the irs, turbo tax or the company they used to issue our refunds.

@Azraded61 i called and turbo representative seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, his reasoning was that it’s the IRS’s fault, I told him I don’t have any outstanding debts I know I don’t owe anything, he then changed it to oh well maybe you’ll get it in the next week or so I’d just wait. I am frustrated to say the least!! Im definitely going to get a lawyer for this, this is outrageous. People are obviously going to notice and want their full refund. I always love turbo it was fast and easy and hassle free, but I’m definitely not going file with them again.
