Where is the rest of my refund

I filed 2/15/22 and was suppose to get $2303 back on my return, but when I got my return on 3/08/22 i only received $683.78, and I have no penalties nor do i owe money to the IRS. I seem to cant get an answer from the IRS or anyone, so my question is where is the rest of my money?

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.

I never received the 1st nor the 3rd stimulus, I filed the 1st one on my 2020 return, and the 3rd one on my 2021 return.
