I have filed over a month ago and I have yet to receive my federal return. I checked my federal return status and it says that it has been deposited if that is the case then I'm missing 1400 dollars. I have already spoke with the IRS and there are no discrepancies found to take any of my refund. It is highly known that this problem is on the TurboTax side not the IRS. Could someone help me get into contact with someone that actually can help please.

It has been two days and I have not had a representative contact me like I was told on Thursday 03/10/22. This is starting to look highly unprofessional for this company.

Try checking your online account with the IRS

Does the IRS show that you received a $1400 stimulus or EIP check in 2021? Did you receive it? When you were asked on your tax return did you say no? Was there $1400 on line 30 of your tax return?

If the IRS says you got $1400 last year but you did not receive it you can have it traced.

Same thing has happened to me, said open a credit carma acct. And recieve 5 days faster and plus 100 dollar bonus, no 100 dollar bonus, and im short 1400 dollars and of course when you try and call all you get is a automated service, so frustrating, especially in this time of need rn

@Spenceradunn Check your online account with the IRS to see if the IRS says you already got the $1400 stimulus check last year. You cannot get it twice, so if you received it last year, the IRS removed the $1400 recovery rebate credit from your refund.

It has now been a week and not a single representative ha attempted to help other than saying to check with the IRS due to it not being anything wrong on their side

TurboTax cannot check your tax refund for you.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
