After filing my tax return I received the incorrect amount. I’ve been using turbo tax for years and haven’t ever ran into this issue. I’ve called the irs, and can’t seem to get through with turbo tax. After an ample amount of research, it’s on turbo taxes end, please look into my case as soon as possible. Yes, I’ve read all of these already and there shouldn’t be any issue. My dependent info is correct and no changes were made. Look into my file and be kind and not send any level 1 responses. I’ve reached out to valid sources and can’t get any response.

Sorry we are just other users and volunteer here. No one can look at your file or account. How much is missing? A common reason is you claimed the Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 or too much Child Tax Credit on line 28 but the IRS had already sent it to you.

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you. Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

Double check your bank statements and Check your IRS account to see when and what they sent you (check both spouse's accounts if married)
