Only received some of my refund..

I filed my taxes on 2/2 and quickly received my state refund. And a couple of weeks later I received only HALF of my federal refund from SBTPG... I am still owed $1,433. Every time I try calling the listed 800 numbers for them and I go thru the automated prompts of SSN & filing status (press on for single) it then tells me they can not locate any information with the information I have provided..... I really want the rest of my money! Anyone have advice on how/who to contact to collect??

I have no student loans, other loans, have never been married, no criminal record or outstanding tickets, outstanding fees, dues or bills. So the above does not apply to me.
