Only received in my account half my refund which was estimated to be 2412.00 I only revived 1372. I stil have not resived my sate refund of 134.

I have called the irs and I have no tax offsets. I have never filed with trubo tax and alot of people are telling me trubo tax is having issues with this. My daughter and I tried to call about it. And the man did not want to talk to her about the issue. Evan with me present. Can anyone help me

Did you use Pay with Refund for your TurboTax fees? If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third-party processor (SBTPG) to have the fees and the service charge deducted. SBTPG will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

For the status of your tax refund or the amount of your refund, you will need to contact SBTPG, toll-free at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website.

I used trubo take free. I sould not have had anything taken from my refund. I need the rest of my refund or this will be the last year I used trubo tax.

No when ever I call and go though the opinions enter my ss it says invalid

I tried alot of different options when I call none of them have any answers. There is no reason I souldnt have got all of my refund. Why have I not received all of it. Or is trubo tax cheating people by taking there refunds.
