I filed my taxes this year. Had no issues in previous years with turbo tax. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE $1,800 AND ONLY RECEIVED $400. I'm red hot right now. I want my FULL refund. Can't get anyone to help.

This is a guess.....but $1400 sounds like the 3rd EIP payment. Check your account online with the IRS. Does the IRS show that they sent you $1400 for the 3rd stimulus check? Was there $1400 on line 30 of your tax return? You cannot get the $1400 twice.

If you really did not receive the $1400 and the IRS says you did, then you can have it traced.

@tworsham14 You said that already. But have you checked to see your online account on the IRS site to see if the IRS thinks you did get it? If the IRS thinks you already got the 3rd stimulus that may be why they took it away from your refund. You need to follow up and look at what the IRS shows for you. No one else can do that for you.

The IRS thinks they already sent it to you. Double check your bank statements and check your IRS account to see when and what they sent you.

Yeah I know I've said it twice. I received a letter in the mail last month from the IRS letting me know I only received two payments. And when I tried going to the link you sent me there's no way for me to issue track. Even though I verified my identity and have a confirmation email verifying my identity , it keeps asking me to identify again and again and again.
