hi so I’ve seen a lot of people not getting their full tax returns and I checked my bank account and it looks like I only got a third of my tax return that was anticipated. I ended up calling TurboTax multiple times trying to talk to a admin to figure out what was going on with the rest of my return, I was put through three separate times to talk to an actual person in which as soon as I told my name I got hung up on. I have tried to reach out to multiple phone numbers and I cannot contact an actual human being to assist me. The return amount that I was anticipating is not even close to what ended up in my bank account, please if someone can help me get the rest of my tax return or figure out what is going on. I don’t have children I haven’t taken out any loans there shouldn’t be anything on my account that should have that much money taken out. please if someone can assist me, this is peoples money that everyone is messing with and it isn’t right that anytime I try to talk to someone human TurboTax or Inuit that I get hung up on or no assistance what so ever.

Hello, I still haven’t received an email about the rest of my tax return. I’m still incredibly concerned and would like to know the status of my money as soon as possible.

If you used refund processing to pay for your TurboTax fees and have any issues with the amount deposited to you, you must contact TPG, the company responsible for depositing your refund after removing TurboTax fees. For contact information, please click here.

I didn’t have any turbo tax fees. i’ve tried calling multiple hotlines, multiple numbers and I cannot connect to a human being. the 6 times i’ve contacted someone who was an actual person i’ve been HUNG UP on. this isn’t okay the people who are struggling with this really just need to know what the hell happened with the rest f our money.

Many people are out lots of money! this is not okay for people who DEPEND on this money let alone live paycheck to paycheck. Someone needs to figure it out cause the hurt this causes so many is honestly RIDICULOUS and SCARY.
