Let me start by saying I filed my taxes about a month ago, just recently when I try to call and figure out where my taxes are I’m being told that my refund amount has changed. I called the irs and was told that my amount has not changed and they everything has been accounted for. TurboTax customer service even stated that they had everything for my tax return. Next thing you know turbo tax is saying I make more thank $75,000 a year and that I have claimed other dependents and I don’t have kids!!!! Today I get a return from TPG and only received $400 of my return. On top of that I had to pay $117 just to file my return and it supposed to be free! This is absurd and want the rest of my return immediately!

I don’t have any offsets nor did I do a injured spouse claim

In this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG again for additional information if you have confirmed you do not have any corrections or offsets from the IRS. If you are unable to get through on the phone, you can scroll down and click Submit A Request to send a message. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund again.
