I filled with TurboTax this year and paid ~$139 for filing. I was supposed to receive $3,776 for my refund, but today (more than a month after filling) received 2/3’s of that from TPG. As a young working adult and student. This is a huge hit to my financial well being. I checked to make sure that I had no holds from the IRS, and there was nothing. I see many people are having similar experiences and I am for the first time very disappointed with TurboTax. I have used TurboTax since I turned 18 and have never had an issue. I’m hoping anyone can help be obtain the remainder of my refund.

Same. I only received 1/3 of my refund. Every agent here will just tell you to check with TPG. Even though they’re the ones working with them. You’ll probably never see it. I emailed [email address removed] with my situation, hopefully something will come from that. I encourage everyone to do the same. No rep on this thread will be helpful. The only people who will be helpful are other people who are having the same issue with TurboTax and TPG.
