I payed the turbo tax fee with my refund. My state came in correct. It is only federal but I only received 1/3 of what I was supposed to. I’ve been on the phone all day with reps who can’t give me any answers. Even the reps I’ve spoken with have said most of their calls have been the same issue but can’t give me any reason why. Has anyone filed with BBB? I know I’m not the only one.
